Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases from Candy Nail Couture and its CNC PRO business-resource range. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Digital products

CNC PRO products are supplied electronically. No physical item will be posted unless a product page expressly states otherwise. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for having compatible software to open or edit the listed file formats.

Orders and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout. We may cancel or refund an order where there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unauthorised payment or a technical problem preventing supply.

Licence

Unless a product page states otherwise, purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-business commercial-use licence for the purchaser's own business administration. The files may be edited and used within that one business.

Prohibited use

Files, templates and their contents must not be resold, shared, redistributed, sublicensed, uploaded to template libraries, supplied to other businesses, used to create competing digital products, or claimed as the purchaser's own intellectual property. Copyright and all other intellectual-property rights remain with Candy Nail Couture.

Professional responsibility

CNC PRO resources are general business, planning, marketing and administrative templates. They are not legal, tax, accounting, medical, clinical, infection-control or accredited training advice. They do not authorise any person to perform a service. Purchasers must adapt the materials to their own services, qualifications, insurance, manufacturer directions and the current laws and professional requirements that apply where they operate. Regulated, invasive or high-risk services require review by appropriately qualified professionals before use.

Accuracy and results

We aim to describe products accurately and provide useful resources, but business results are not guaranteed. Examples of prices, revenue, costs, service times, forms and marketing ideas are illustrative and must be checked and adapted before use.

Delivery and access

Download access is normally provided after successful payment. Security checks, payment review or technical issues may delay access. If an expected download email does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder and contact hello@candynailcouture.com.

Refunds and consumer rights

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Third-party services

The store may use third-party platforms and services, including Shopify and payment, analytics, email or download providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may also apply.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Candy Nail Couture is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the purchaser's modification, implementation or misuse of a template. Any limitation in these terms applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not affect non-excludable consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version available on the website at the time of purchase applies to that order unless the law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Mandatory consumer protections in the customer's location may also apply.
