Digital products

All CNC PRO products are digital downloads. No physical item will be posted.

Change of mind

Because digital files are supplied electronically and cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once the files have been supplied or accessed. This does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer law.

If there is a problem

If your files are missing, corrupted, duplicated, materially different from the product description, or do not function as described, please contact us at hello@candynailcouture.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement files, technical assistance or a refund where required by law.

File compatibility

Product pages identify the supplied file formats and the software normally required to edit them. Please check compatibility before purchasing. A change-of-mind refund is not normally available where a customer does not have compatible software and the requirements were clearly stated before purchase.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us promptly. We will review the order and may refund a genuine duplicate purchase where appropriate.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider or bank.
