Shipping policy

Digital delivery

CNC PRO products are digital downloads. No physical parcel will be shipped and no shipping fee applies to products identified as digital.

When access is provided

Download access is normally provided after payment has been successfully processed. Customers may receive access on the order-confirmation page and/or by email through our digital-delivery service. Payment review, fraud checks or temporary technical issues may cause a delay.

If your download does not arrive

Please check that the email address entered at checkout is correct, then check spam, junk and promotions folders. If access is still unavailable, email hello@candynailcouture.com with your name and order number so we can assist.

Download responsibility

Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing their purchased files and for using compatible software. Download links and files must not be shared or forwarded to another person or business except as expressly permitted by the product licence.

Future physical products

If a product page expressly identifies an item as physical, the delivery charges and estimated timeframes shown for that item at checkout will apply. This digital-delivery policy does not replace those item-specific terms.
